Electrical Engineer, Engineering & Construction Services (Design Review), open through December 2nd
Utilizing electrical design expertise, provide quality assurance Design Review services, including but not limited to reviewing conceptualizations, studies, plans, specifications, and construction submittals to confirm conformance with applicable codes, standards and University Facilities Standards. Provide the analysis, development, and design of electrical projects for campus buildings. Assist in the project scoping to assess the needs of projects. Provide support to other units. Provide technical opinions, reviews and documents to provide safe, reliable, comfortable, productive, sustainable, and cost-effective facilities to support the Mission of the University. Interior Designer / Interior Architect
The Interior Designer / Interior Architect, Capital Planning, has primary responsibility for project planning at all levels as it relates to interior design. This includes developing the scope for interior projects with campus clients/users. It also includes selection of interior materials and furniture; development, review, and processing of quotes for small project purchases; coordination of installations; and collaborating with F&S Engineering Services on small projects. The position will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and establishment of campus standards for project definition, planning, and design.
Recommended Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
*Two years of progressively responsible administrative experience in interior design, facility planning and management.

Landscape Architect, Project Planning
The Landscape Architect, Project Planning, has primary responsibility for master planning, site planning, project planning at all levels, from project definition through design, landscape architecture, facility demolitions and professional responsibilities as assigned. The Landscape Architect, Project Planning, will also be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and establishment of campus standards for project definition, planning, design, and methods of project delivery.
Recommended Qualifications:
*Progressively responsible administrative experience in landscape architecture and facility planning and management.
*Bachelor’s Degree or coursework in Landscape Architecture.
