Senior Planner, Project Planning – Apply by April 28 (extended)
The Senior Planner, Capital Programs, Project Planning has primary responsibility for project planning at all levels, from project definition through design. The Senior Planner, Capital Programs, Project Planning will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and establishment of campus standards for project definition, planning, design, and methods of project delivery. This position is responsible for supervision of assigned planning staff as well as administration of established pre-planning and planning phase services provided to the campus by Facilities & Services (F&S).

Accounting Specialist – Apply by April 4
This position prepares, enters, and reviews utility billing and expense data in the Energy Billing System (EBS), Chrome River, Banner Finance, and the AiM work management system monthly. Processes utility service payments and prepares Excel sheets for import into EBS, reviews utility usage data for accuracy, runs utility usage and cost reports for various stakeholders, and responds to a variety of inquiries regarding utility usage and cost data. Supervisor provides general instructions and assistance as required. Work is performed independently.

Interior Designer / Interior Architect
The Interior Designer / Interior Architect, Capital Planning, has primary responsibility for project planning at all levels as it relates to interior design. This includes developing the scope for interior projects with campus clients/users. It also includes selection of interior materials and furniture; development, review, and processing of quotes for small project purchases; coordination of installations; and collaborating with F&S Engineering Services on small projects. The position will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and establishment of campus standards for project definition, planning, and design.
Recommended Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
*Two years of progressively responsible administrative experience in interior design, facility planning and management.

Extra Help Capital Construction Project Manager
The XH Project Manager will be esponsible for the scope, budget, and schedule management, contract administration, design and construction execution on assigned campus projects from conception to completion. Project budgets typically range between $500,000 to $5,000,000 and project scopes identified as medium complexity. Responsible for administration of the established design, construction, and post-construction phase services provided to the campus by the Capital Programs Division. Accountable to ensure completing all projects on time, on budget and to a satisfied customer and to the expected quality parameters.
Recommended Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a closely related field.
*Two (2) years (24 months) of commercial construction management experience.
*Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position, may be required.
