Charges consist of either the mileage rate or the duration minimum, whichever is greater.
Vehicles returned late will accrue a $25 per day late-return fee in addition to normal use charges.
Rates may change; subject to monthly review of gasoline pricing.
These rates are effective Sept. 1st, 2026. Departments making Car Pool reservations for the use on or after September 1st, 2026 will be charged this rate regardless of when the reservation was placed. Vehicles that are picked up prior to September 1st, 2026 but returned after that date will be charged the current rate.
