Physical Plant Service Building (PPSB)
A limited number of designated visitor
spaces are available next to Lot E23,
adjacent to the south side of PPSB.
Metered Spaces
If all designated visitor spaces are occupied,
metered spaces are available in Lot E23,
on the west side of Oak Street, and in the
northwest corner of Lot E14, catercorner to
PPSB.
Note: There are no visitor parking spaces
in the Garage and Car Pool or Stores &
Receiving parking areas. Please follow
instructions for PPSB parking.
Abbott Power Plant (1117 South Oak Street)
Abbott is located on the northwest corner of Oak
Street and Gregory Drive. There are no available
visitor parking spaces at Abbott Power Plant;
however, metered spaces can be found on Oak Street
just south of Abbott, as well as on Gregory Drive.
Waste Transfer and Material Recovery Facility
(10 St. Mary’s Road)
Located on St. Mary’s Road, directly east of the
railroad tracks, the facility has no public parking.

Public Transportation
The southeast corner of the Oak Street and Kirby
Avenue intersection is a stop along three MTD bus
routes: the 1 Yellow, 10 Gold, and 14 Navy. The
intersection of Oak and St. Mary’s Road is serviced
by all three routes, plus the 9A and 9B Brown. These
locations are identified on the map to the left.
To reach Abbott Power Plant, the 4 Blue route stops
at the corner of Stadium Drive and Oak Street,
roughly two blocks south of the plant. For additional

Bicycles
Bicycle racks are located near most major F&S
buildings. Please refer to the map to find the rack
closest to your destination.
Motorcycles
Motorcycle parking is also available for those with
valid motorcycle-parking permits in lots E14, E23,
E26, E32, and on Gregory Drive near the corner of
Oak Street. Please refer to the map for more details.
