They service all campus water features, including ponds, fountains, and swimming pools. When water to a facility is shut off due to construction, the water station tests it to ensure it meets EPA standards when service resumes. They also provide distilled water for Abbott Power Plant. Water station personnel are responsible for campus pest control. They eradicate bugs, including bed bugs, termites, and stinging insects. They also remove live birds and animals from building interiors.
