Attendance is required, and if you supervise employees, your cooperation is appreciated in ensuring your new team members attend on their first day of employment. Sessions are held in person in PPSB conference room 128 and/or online via Teams. For information on upcoming sessions, please visit the F&S training calendar: https://go.fs.illinois.edu/Training. Vacation Sick Leave Application
We have a new program that will track the vacation sick leave for all Academic Professionals. This will replace the spreadsheet that Payroll collects twice a year. With this new application you will be able to enter your time when you take it, plan out your leave, and see balances to better track your time. Below you will find a training video that explains how to submit days. Please take a few minutes to review the application.
You can get to the application at the following address: https://portal.fs.illinois.edu/.
Safety Trainings – Required Online Versions and Additional Opportunities
Required monthly safety training sessions are sent to staff directly through the Grainger Learning Management System (GLMS). The GLMS platform allows employees to see their specific training dashboard as well as gives supervisory staff an enhanced way to track and record engagement and completion.
Staff will see emails from alerts_graingerlms@icertainty.com when new trainings are available. You can access GLMS and assigned training at fands.icertainty.com using your netID and password.
For questions, please contact Safety & Compliance at oshs@illinois.edu.
