Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals are stored in the upper left vault in room 117, filed by building number, and then chronologically. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Beth Leitz.
Some O&M manuals are available electronically (but the majority are not), and are located in the building, utility, or infrastructure folders, with the project they were created for. O&M was a previous name of Facilities & Services.
Shop Drawings
Shop drawings have been moved off-site (due to space restrictions), except for those found within Operations & Maintenance Manuals and those we received electronically or have been scanned. Operations & Maintenance Manuals are located in the upper left vault of room 117, organized by building number, and then chronologically. Electronic copies are located in the building or utility or infrastructure folders, with the project they were created for.
If what you are looking for is not in the vault, please notify Beth Leitz, who will request the drawings from the off-site storage location. Retrieval usually takes 24-48 hours, but can be expedited if necessary.
