Archibus Web Central
Archibus Web Central is a web interface used to access space inventory data (area, allocations, and usage) that is tracked within Facilities Information Resources. Any F&S employee may have view level access to this data by sending a ticket to the FandS Support Desk with subject line: “Request access to Archibus Web Central”. After the account is set up, training can be scheduled with the new user by request.
Additional information about Archibus Web Central can be found at:

Drawing & Document Searching
Almost all contract drawings are archived digitally and made available to team members at F&S by the Facilities Information Resources (FIR) department. In addition, project manuals and many shop drawings are also available digitally, and in some cases, via paper form in PPSB, room 117. If you have shared drive access and the capabilities to search, these training videos can help you use these existing resources more effectively and efficiently. For questions, contact Beth Leitz bleitz@illinois.edu.
Two-Minute Tutorials Series
These condensed training videos are meant to give you the most help in a limited amount of time.
Custom Training
Custom training for shops and departments is available via request to FIR. The videos will also be archived here for future team members reference and usage.

Safety Trainings – Required Online Versions and Additional Opportunities
Required monthly safety training sessions are sent to staff directly through the Grainger Learning Management System (GLMS). The GLMS platform allows employees to see their specific training dashboard as well as gives supervisory staff an enhanced way to track and record engagement and completion.
Staff will see emails from alerts_graingerlms@icertainty.com when new trainings are available. You can access GLMS and assigned training at fands.icertainty.com using your netID and password.
For questions, please contact Safety & Compliance at oshs@illinois.edu.
For more information about additional training opportunities provided through the Safety & Compliance Division please contact the Safety & Compliance Division at the above address or 217- 265-9818.
Vacation Sick Leave Application
We have a new program that will track the vacation sick leave for all Academic Professionals. This will replace the spreadsheet that Payroll collects twice a year. With this new application you will be able to enter your time when you take it, plan out your leave, and see balances to better track your time. Below you will find a training video that explains how to submit days. Please take a few minutes to review the application.
You can get to the application at the following address: https://portal.fs.illinois.edu/.
